Howdy, Zack here. The answer you seek is there. You just have to dig deep enough to find it. We've become somewhat lazy — and I include myself in this. We're programmed by the conveniences around us. If an answer isn't immediately apparent, we turn to Google, AI, coworkers, friends, or even social media. But are we asking the right questions? More often than not, we might not even know how to frame these questions correctly. We tend to process issues over and over, where solutions only offer temporary fixes. That's because we typically don't dig deep enough to find the key, or as my EOS peers would say, you haven't reached the root cause. Getting answers to the wrong questions leads you away from the results you actually need. 3 STEPS
Just remember:
The solution you need comes from solving at the root — the key of the issue, item, or idea. 🗝️

Howdy, Zack here. Stop it. Stop doing the things that aren't working for you. Sound too simple? Well, it's not. It's one of the hardest things to do. It might be eating too much, not working out, wasting time on social media, getting caught up in drama, focusing on big world issues (like politics), or pretty...
Howdy, Zack here. I love you. Yes, you. And, that love is not conditional. We all have our faults. I know when I've been at my worst, that I need others' love the most. Unless you've been living under a rock or you've intentionally disconnected (can't blame you), you've seen the effect of deliberate division — the recent assassination attempt on former President Trump. No matter your political beliefs, this sort of hatred has no place in our world. It stems from the polarization of our...
Howdy, Zack here. When will it be time? We often wait for that perfect 'when' — the moment everything falls into place. But what if 'when' is actually right now? As a dad of triplets on the brink of their senior year, time feels more precious than ever. Everything has been one-and-done for us. Before long, my wife, Gwen, and I will be seeing our 3 off to college. Thus, each moment matters more. Can you relate? When certain chapters come to an end, we tend to feel the gravity of our decisions...
